Accounting Bookkeeper

Job Profile:
1. Bookkeeping in Quick Books/bridge between the program
2. Data management in excel
3. Ability to prepare and review financial statements
4. Ability to perform reconciliations (bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, vendor reconciliations etc)
5. Ability to work on multiple clients and follow company policies.
6. Customer service experience “people over the phone skills”
7. Be able to work alone and with others
8. Be able to meet deadlines
9. Cost-cutting

This is a full-time job. An ideal candidate profile for the job is as under:
1. Hands-on accounting and bookkeeping experience in accounting for home service company
2. Above average skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, Quickbooks
3. Accounting degree/ courses
4. Excellent data management systems

The successful candidate is expected to have a valid driver’s license and car.
Compensation: Between pay will be commensurate with experience and the skills of the candidate.
